Latest Blackberry OS update which recently rolled out as Blackberry 10.2 OS brings out a bunch of enhanced and add-on feature over the previous Blackberry 10 OS. The Blackberry members receiving this update would be BlackBerry Z10, Q10 and other Q5 smartphones.

BlackBerry 10.2 OS : Brand new features with enhanced notifications

BlackBerry 10.2 OS features a brand new Priority Hub for conversation which are important for you. Your Blackberry would filter critical messages at the top for you. The judgment of the message being critical is learnt over time via your behavior. This also includes a new attachment view. All the attachments sent by a particular sender would be listed under a single name and you can also assign and manage these files and docs along with specific message threads.

BlackBerry has worked on the sound processing technology being used in the ‘BBM Video’ a video chat service. The update is said to make the sound natural and more realistic than a digitalized sound coming from an electronic speaker.
The new BlackBerry 10.2 OS also offers a brand new style of notification via which you can get notifications for BBM, SMS and E-mail messages. The new notification style also lets you reply to these notifications without leaving any open app you are working on by a simple swipe. The lock screen also feature more than just number of unread mails. Now a user can scroll over the icon to list the email’s sender and its subject line.
The BlackBerry touch keyboard also receives few enhancements like enhance voice feedback and unique tones for keys like backspace and shift. Copy paste feature has also been enhanced and user gets more control over cursor and a popup menu for direct editing and with feature like direct sharing option over BBM, FB and twitter for copy paste and share.
BlackBerry 10.2 also makes the number of steps and time taken to share their files or photos less than the previous versions. Selecting the share option in any app quickly provides you with optins and people you have used a lot in the past to share your files. Other changes includes an enhanced calendar, a brand new Blackberry Hub icon. And not to forget camera tweaks and few other changes as well.
